Meet Tootsie a tiny terrier with more life, love, and sass than dogs half her age. Tootsie came into rescue at 18 years old after losing not one, but two beloved moms throughout her life. She had been deeply spoiled and cherished by both — and when her last mom passed away, the family reached out for help, knowing Tootsie deserved nothing less than the best.
ICARE Dog Rescue answered the call, and the TM Crew opened their hearts and home to foster her. Tootsie lived out her golden years surrounded by love, acting like a puppy every single day despite being a senior. Sassy, spirited, and full of personality — she never once acted her age.
Tootsie lived until she was 20 years old. Twenty. Years. Old. And she was loved every single day of it.
